My approach is client-centered, collaborative, compassionate and grounded in Relational Cultural Theory, Feminist Theory, Liberation Psychology, and strengths based approaches while always centering trauma informed care. I believe growth happens when we feel supported and empowered to be our most authentic self and are challenged to break out of patterns or routines keeping us stuck.
I strive to empower clients to better understand themselves, reconnect with their strengths, and move toward the life they want to live. Whether you’re working through past trauma, navigating intimacy or identity, or simply trying to make sense of where you are, I’m here to walk alongside you—helping you reconnect with your strengths and encouraging insight, resilience, and meaningful change.
I am neurodivergent, queer, have invisible chronic illnesses and am a survivor of trauma and abuse. I show up authentically and know what it is like to pull yourself out of the darkest times in life and rebuild. Outside of work and grad school, I love being in nature, going for walks, being near water, spending time with my partner and our cat or my family, hanging out with friends, or curling up with a craft or good book. I’m excited to hear from you!
