I hold a Master of Education (M.Ed) and am currently a Master’s-level Counseling graduate student at Antioch University, actively pursuing my Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credentials. I draw from my deep background in education and facilitation to offer compassionate, client-centered support to individuals and groups. My experience in dance also informs my work, deepening my attunement to movement, expression, and the mind-body connection.

I work with clients ranging from young adults across the lifespan, as well as parents and couples, who are navigating life transitions,

exploring identity, recognizing patterns, and addressing relationship concerns. My approach integrates strength-based, client-centered, and collaborative practices. I integrate narrative therapy, somatic awareness, and mindfulness-based practices to support clients in moving toward meaningful and sustainable change.

I am honored to support clients in cultivating curiosity, growth, and moments of laughter as they strengthen their overall well-being.
